How to Use Bubblegum Fragrance Oil in Candle Making
n
-
n
-
n
Choose Your Wax:
Use a high-quality wax such as soy wax, coconut wax, or paraffin, depending on your candle type.n
-
n
Heat the Wax:
Melt your wax in a double boiler to the recommended temperature (usually 7585°C / 165185°F for soy wax).n
-
n
Add Fragrance Oil:
Remove the wax from heat. Once it cools slightly (typically between 6070°C / 140160°F), add your Bubblegum Fragrance Oil.n
-
n
Use the Right Ratio:
Recommended usage: 610% fragrance oil by weight of wax.
Example: For 500g of wax, use 3050g of fragrance oil.n
-
n
Mix Thoroughly:
Stir gently but thoroughly for 12 minutes to fully incorporate the fragrance.n
-
n
Pour the Wax:
Pour into containers or moulds slowly to prevent air bubbles. Let cure for at least 2448 hours (longer for stronger scent throw).n
-
n
Curing Time:
For best cold and hot scent throw, allow your candles to cure for 714 days before burning.n
